We skipped dumpster diving last week because there was so much left over from the week before, and my freezer was still pretty full, but we were both running low on fresh food so we went out and found a great deal of desserts, vegetables, cheese, and some meat. We found a whole bag filled with boxes of fruit-filled cereal bars, and a few nice cuts of beef. This is what I got:

  • Filet mignon steaks (a bit gray, but otherwise fine)
  • Grilled rosemary chicken breast
  • Chicken enchiladas
  • Chicken and turkey stuffed peppers
  • Sushi (Philadelphia roll)
  • A pint of heavy cream
  • Queso fresco
  • Smoked ricotta
  • Buffalo mozzarella
  • Chipotle Toscano
  • Colby Jack
  • Brie
  • A leaf-wrapped blue cheese (likely Rogue River Blue)
  • A large tub of plain yogurt
  • Small Greek yogurts: honey, blueberry, and black raspberry
  • 3 coconut almond yogurt and granola cups
  • 2 tubs of hummus
  • 5 large navel oranges

  • About 2 lbs of small yellow potatoes
  • 2 jars of capers
  • 1 jar of caper berries
  • Garlic bread spread
  • Mushroom quiche
