I generally prefer soft tacos, but last night I found two dozen taco shells, so I decided to make some crunchy tacos with the sausage I found. I thought I ought to try to make more meals with cheese and meat, because I have so much of it.
Shredded Brussels sprouts, grated pepper jack cheese, and smoked chicken andouille sausage.


I had an unopened container of medium salsa from probably months ago, as well, that was still fine so I added some. And a little lime. The sausage itself is spicy enough that I didn’t need any hot sauce.
